Affiliated Engineers W, Inc. seeks a Building Performance Consultant II-Sustainable Design in San Francisco.
REQUIREMENTS:
M.S. in Mech Eng, Elec Eng, Arch Eng, Sustainable Design, or related & 2 yrs exp using whole building & component simulation & analysis tools to evaluate building systems, or B.S. in same and 3 yrs. exp. Also req: 2 yrs exp in high perf design, applying understanding of building systems, using IES-VE or EnergyPlus for consult & analysis, exp in computer operation for building sys analysis & eng calc programs, exp with an app programming language, exp using CBECC-COM, exp interpreting rating sys, design codes & standards. Up to 5% domestic travel req.
