Responsible for the end-to-end design & development of solutions that support digital & marketing initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics or Engineering (any) + 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in marketing automation & software development related to email, SMS, & push messaging platforms. 5 years of experience with each of the following: participating in all Architecture design discussions in setting up the Adobe Campaign Tool; develop email & SMS templates for real time messaging platform; involved in the initial discovery/analysis phase & story grooming for various projects for understanding during the project initiation phase; tracking & reporting project metrics & measurements based on the SLA; creating Technical Specification Docs that defines the business in technical terms; creating & delivering the User requirement specification (URS) doc, Business technical requirement definition (BTRD) docs, & BSD (Business specification doc); design & implementing broad log reports & data loading workflows; implementing Accessibility code in Templates; working with clients to identify campaign requirements to design & build campaigns; support running campaigns & implementing enhancements over different Marketing campaigns; Adobe Campaign; SOAP; App Dynamics; WinSCP; JIRA; Service Now; & Splunk.
