Must have experience in/with working with business data and operational metrics to evaluate performance across e-commerce or multi-channel platforms, including reporting or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or similar platforms), and the ability to present data insights in a clear and structured manner, supporting e-commerce operations, including exposure to order fulfillment processes, inventory coordination, and after-sales issue handling, and conducting market, customer, or performance analysis to identify trends and support operational or business improvements including decision-making.
