Technology/Engineering Software Sustaining Engineer for NetScout Systems, Inc. in Westford MA to be responsible for the triage, investigation, and troubleshooting of software and related IT issues (cases), while communicating effectively with the customer support team.
Requires: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or related fields (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and no experience or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or related fields (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 2 years of experience performing software quality assurance tests. May need to work at night remotely to resolve customer issues.
