Master's in Education, Psychological & Quantitative Foundations, or closely related field. 2 years experience conducting educational & program evaluation in a client-serving setting, to include some solid experience in each: applying psychometric & quantitative research methods (Classical Test, Item Response, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling, Generalized Linear Modeling, Generalizability); conducting qualitative research (interviews, focus groups, observations, document analysis); applying qualitative analysis techniques; designing & implementing evaluation frameworks (utilization-focused evaluation, participatory evaluation, mixed-method evaluation designs); preparing reports & communicating results to clients, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, in technical & non-technical formats; statistical software (R, SAS, Python, Mplus); collaborating with clients, stakeholders.
