Design components to support new features/capabilities of CI/CD platform & improve performance/availability. Design self-service solutions to empower teams to own & manage operations of their apps, gather feedback on enhancement proposals, & fine-tune to requirements. Design interfaces & APIs to allow teams access to metrics for operational-related components. Consult with Product Managers on business requirements & create technical plans to execute projects via project tracking software. Design software systems & architect solutions to deliver scalable, product requirements. Enhance existing code base by ensuring proper test coverage exists & updating existing tests. Troubleshoot & develop bug fixes using performance data from app performance monitors & metric collections systems & investigate/resolve alerts/incidents on services affecting availability/performance. Conduct daily peer code reviews to maintain best engineering practices through GitLab control management software. Use AWS cloud services/Terraform/CI/CD processes/Git/Python/REST APIs.
Requirements: Bachelor's Computer Science or Software Engineering & 2 years experience. Must know: AWS cloud services/Terraform/CI/CD processes/Git/Python/REST APIs. May work remotely.
