Provide engineering support for packaging equipment and materials. Serve as a subject matter expert for Material Management and Process Engineering roles on major capital projects. Offer continuous technical support to packaging engineering teams across global sites, fostering knowledge exchange and best practices. Position requires a Master's degree in Packaging, Packaging Engineering, or a related field; 3 years of engineering or technical experience supporting packaging operations or enabling packaging engineering workflows (e.g., plant/process/project delivery, maintenance, packaging software QA/validation, digital specification management, or qualification activities). Experience must include a minimum of 3 years of experience with packaging software including Artios CAD, Solidworks, and TOPS/CapePack; experience with packaging development, packaging specifications, product/package stability, and packaging components; experience with vendor management, including selection and qualification; and experience with managing multiple packaging projects from concept to implementation. Part-time telecommuting benefit available. Up to 25% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI
