Candidate will participate in architectural designs; develop schematic design, design development, construction drawings; perform space planning/preparation CAD/BIM drawings; select/specify materials, finishes, lighting, furnishings per project requirements; prepare design presentations, renderings, reports; coordinate communication with clients, consultants, vendors; track/coordinate project schedules/budgets; review drawings for coordination/compliance with federal, state, local codes; support client meetings & relationships; maintain accurate/organized project documents.
