Formulate & oversee tech discovery strategies for federal litigation. Review & audit sophisticated legal documentation for EB-1, EB-2, & EB-5 matters. Synthesize complex legal documents & government correspondence into strategic risk-assessment memoranda. Develop & synthesize legal theories for federal appellate briefs. Formulate strategy outlines for trials & hearings, including preparation of witness statements & exhibit portfolios. Evaluate & interpret foreign corporate bylaws & articles of incorporation using comparative legal analysis. Serve as tech liaison to international attorneys & corporate counsel on cross-border matters. Supervise & audit firm-wide AI productivity tool implementation.
Requirements: U.S. Master of Laws (LL.M.) or foreign equivalent. 12 months of experience in a related legal occupation, which may be gained concurrently with education. Native-level or professional fluency in Spanish. Technical literacy in AI-driven translation & generative AI research platforms, demonstrated by completion of a recognized program in AI for Workplace Productivity & Prompt Engineering.
