Berco of America, Inc. seeks Automation & Maintenance Technician in Waukesha, WI. Duties include: facilitate new equipment automation projects; implement preventive maintenance systems, oversee performance of maintenance repairs to production equipment, & ensure that equipment operates/functions.
Requires: 3 years' experience in Maintenance or Controls Tech, Electrical Designer, or related technical role working in heavy equipment undercarriage manufacturing industry. 3 years' work experience with each: mechanical, electrical & electronic maintenance, & automation integration development & implementation in heavy equipment undercarriage manufacturing; Allen Bradley & Siemens PLC programming, & implementation of automation projects in heavy equipment undercarriage manufacturing industry; coordinate project schedules, plans, & financial reporting activities; follow up regarding: identified machine issues, & ensure that critical issues are prioritized & resolved; develop preventive maintenance systems & perform maintenance repairs; & work on manual & automatic presses in heavy equipment undercarriage manufacturing industry.
