For this U.S. based position, the expected base salary is $175,053 – $183,806/yr. Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of compensation structure & in addition to the above-stated range. Compensation range applies to candidates located within U.S. Salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility & level. Within salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, & relevant education/training.
