Independently plan & execute chemical experiments that support development activities & project goals. Requires Bachelor degree in Chemistry or related field + 8 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master degree in Chemistry or related field + 6 years of relevant experience. Must have full term of experience with the following: demonstrated sample preparation, modern chromatography techniques (HPLC/UPLC), dissolution method development, & data analysis experience; proficient in software or tools required for role (e.g. Empower, ELN, LabX, GLIMS); experience with cGMP & ICH guidelines; basic knowledge of how technical area contributes to chemistry, manufacturing, & controls (CMC); & experience championing scientific innovation & technology to enable analytical method development while seeking opportunities to expand & develop capabilities to support projects & departmental goals. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days/week.
