Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, & product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing & debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked &/or wireless systems.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field, + 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in product or systems engineering; OR Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field, + 36 months of experience in product or systems engineering. Telecommuting is permitted between 50% to 100%. Up to 25% International travel required.
