Requirements: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in CS, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field. Must have 5 years experience with work with Trizetto Elements including Enrollment Administration Manager & Trizetto Solutions Adapter, FACETS Legacy Batch Process [Member Maintenance Subsystem Keyword File Ingestion] EAM/FACETS Event Driven [Realtime] Process end to end support of Facets batches & data issues; Use MS SQL & Oracle to review, create & troubleshoot bug fixes & enhancements for customer process, performance tuning for long running queries in SQL Server, develop customer scripts & stored procedures to correct or extract data & develop customer reports to support business requirements in Sybase; Use Windows administration, Unix & DOS commands, IIS configuration, SSL certificates & Facets eXtended Interface broker configuration to navigate servers, transfer & deploy files for service maintenance & support; & Work with Tidal & Service Now to leverage understanding & commands to navigate job scheduling & in-house ticket systems. Must have years experience with Healthcare experience with analysis, design, develop, test, document & support of tailored IT solutions for regulatory compliance, growth, & production in healthcare operations. 100% Remote work option.
