Requirements: Experience with working w/ financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement reviews, i.e. accounting), metrics (valuation multiples, gross margins), SaaS, KPIs & metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR, LTV/CAC); Financial modeling & valuation techniques for B2B s/w companies w/ variety of business models (SaaS, transactional, hybrid); Compiling professional venture capable investment memos & presenting to investors for investment committee meetings; Evaluating market positions for private held companies in vertical markets; Performing TAM analysis & developing economic research on nascent emerging tech markets; Gathering & synthesizing info, drawing conclusions, & making recommendations; Working w/ venture capital data stations inc. Pitchbook, Harmonic, Perplexity to conduct startup analysis; Providing operational, investor, & other strategic guidance to early-stage s/w companies as advisor, during earliest stages of development; Assembling & managing diversified portfolio of venture capital investments, inc. sourcing, tracking, & supporting early-stage companies across multiple investment rounds & managing fund's investee cash; Identifying, evaluating, & structuring investments that qualify for CRA credit, inc. assessing impact criteria & along w/ reg reqs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Econ or closely-related field & 4 yrs exp in an Operating Position (Product Mgmt, Consulting, or Account Mgmt) or related occ. Travel 5-6% in Wilmington, DE, Boston, MA, & w/in U.S. W/EI + bonus.
