Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equiv in any field & 10 yrs of sr leadership exp w/development & delivery of MLS data & tech platforms, incl: expertise about MLS tech platforms & inherent features & functions required to support needs of all stakeholders (MLS, broker, agent, 3rd parties); expertise about entities, policies, & regulations governing organized real estate & MLS data across US, incl impact & influence of National Association of Realtors© on nationwide network of MLSs, brokers, & agents; establish relationships w/exec stakeholders & decision makers within MLS organizations & industry governing bodies (NAR, CMLS, RESO); manage teams to deliver high quality real estate-related tech products & services incl working w/resource managers to allocate resources & possess understanding of intersection of tech, product development & product mgmt evolution; & understand & focus on clients' needs, establishing credibility, & building positive, professional relationships w/clients.
