Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems and IT functionalities through all stages of the project lifecycle from defining requirements, assessing solutions, conceptual and technical design, development through implementation, drafting and presenting technical proposals. Analyze LendingClub's current IT and systems infrastructure, identify and implement technical innovations, and provide project leadership for technology initiatives to support cross-functional departments including HR, Operations, Sales, and Finance. Lead small to large technology initiatives including collaboration, Financial, and HR. Lead change within the technology organization. Provide systems solutions in HR, Call Centers, Sales, Finance and Technology solutions organization. Lead IT and systems project initiatives from ideation, strategy, planning, delivery, and launch. Aligning teams around project/program goals and metrics. Devise IT and systems implementation strategies and plans for programs while anticipating and mitigating risks. Drive technical execution and problem-solving as issues arise. Improve IT and systems project solution delivery, evangelizing the vision and leading change. Lead both software applications, systems and technology projects. Consult with IT managers to determine the role of IT systems in an organization. Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization's efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits so that management can decide if IT systems and computing infrastructure upgrades are financially worthwhile. Devise ways to add functionality to existing computer systems. Design and implement new systems by choosing and configuring hardware and software. Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization. Train the system end users and write instruction manuals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Information Technology, or related field, plus 2 years of work experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires academic training or work experience in each of the following skills:
Project & Risk Management, including MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Jira Roadmap, and Risk Registers; Collaboration Tools, including Slack, Microsoft Teams/365, Confluence, SharePoint, and Outlook; Data & Financial Analysis, including Excel, Power BI, and Bloomberg Terminal; Risk, Compliance & Governance, including GRC Tools, SQL Reporting, Regulatory/Compliance/Risk/Security Requirements; Vendor Management (Risk Assessment, RFPs, POC, Legal Agreements), and CRM Systems; Payment Processing (MasterCard, ACI), Digital Banking, Lending Platforms; Technical Infrastructure, including Backend Services and PCI Infrastructure.
May telecommute from within normal commuting distance of the San Francisco, CA office up to 2 days per week.
