Responsible for developing, deploying & maintaining software platforms associated with next-generation audio, video & control systems for Professional Solutions. Maintain a process oriented culture for a team developing software products using agile methodologies. Participate in overall business planning by contributing current knowledge and future vision of how technology and systems will enable business strategy, growth and competitive positioning. The CoC Software lead will propose projects derived from these regular planning sessions and align with the Platform leaders for their approval. Collaborate closely with CoC, Product Development & Product Management Teams to identify & prioritize right platforms for development. Partner with NPI Teams to successfully launch Software Products in the market.
Position requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering plus 10 years of experience in related occupations. Position also requires 7 years of experience in the following: Software development methodologies, Design patterns, Modern front end architecture, Performance Optimization; Mastery of C# programming; Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and Linux commands. Position also requires 5 years of experience in the following: Front End Unit Testing, Angular application testing with Cypress Framework, Moq testing framework; Angular, React, Electron, Node, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, SASS, CSS, Scripting. Position requires 3 years of experience in GitHub, Bamboo, Project Management tools Jira, Confluence, Agile Methodology, Visual Studio, JetBrains suite of development tools.
