Support BMP Implementation, drive decommissioning, and establish application roadmaps to guide the IT Delivery with a special focus on North America. Alignment and engagement with stakeholders (Business Owners, Technical Directors, Head of IT/AZ Technology) across the enterprise and region to clarify conflicting views, priorities, and needs. Ensure that IT initiatives and projects within North America and across the enterprise are aligned to the transformation plan given the different business needs, priorities, and affordability. Ensure that Enterprise Architecture initiatives and Group IT Strategy implementations are achieved, and milestones are met. Manage the impact of architectural changes on existing systems, processes, and personnel, ensuring a smooth transition to new solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the insurance industry to provide innovative solutions. Work with various departments within the organization, such as underwriting, claims, and customer service, to align technology with their needs.
Telecommuting permitted. Employment and background checks may be required. 40 hrs/week. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
