Duties: Define and maintain data processes and ETL/ELT infrastructure to transform and make Trust & Safety data available for analysis of emerging abuse patterns, measurement of solution impact, and prioritization of safety initiatives. Build and maintain core, governed datasets that serve as sources of truth for Trust & Safety functions, including abuse detection, content policy enforcement, user safety metrics, fraud prevention, and regulatory/compliance reporting. Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design, build, and monitor reliable data pipelines that enable timely detection, investigation, and response to Trust & Safety incidents. Implement automated workflows supporting content moderation and Trust & Safety operations at scale, including defining and upholding SLAs for critical data delivery and building monitoring/alerting for pipeline health and data quality. Develop self-serve analytics assets, including curated datasets, metrics definitions, and dashboards, to enable Trust & Safety teams to track safety outcomes and operational performance. May telecommute from commuting distance.
