Build and help lead new reporting initiatives and key insights for the supply chain finance and production operations team. Collaborate with the Director of the Supply Chain Finance and Production Operations team to develop, maintain, and socialize the team's roadmap, ensuring planning for future needs while meeting the operational needs of the business. Design and implement a best-in-class data architecture, including documentation, structure, and processes, to ensure a unified view of operations. Develop and manage dashboards and reports supporting supply chain functions, including Production Plan, Daily and Monthly forecasting by defining and tracking KPIs to uncover insights and enhance operational efficiency. Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business operations and KPIs, and convert critical operational questions into reliable, trackable metrics. Lead and drive new reporting initiatives, delivering key insights to optimize operational functions such as building Monthly Landed Cost per Unit dashboards and Production Productivity Reports. Collaborate with the central data team on data infrastructure, automation, data quality, and quality assurance. Identify and propose key insights to enhance operations and integrate data management, fostering sustainable reporting and analysis capabilities. 100% telecommuting permitted within the MSA.
40 hours/week, $170,000 to $174,000 per year.
