Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Footwear or Industrial Design + 5 years of postbaccalaureate experience as a Footwear Designer or a related shoe designer position. Must travel 4% domestically and 8% internationally for market research, product development, and trade shows.
