The employee leads various Marketing data initiatives like Media Mix Modeling and Media Efficiency frameworks which are critical for efficiently planning and utilizing the paid marketing budget and resources. Employee will spearhead best practices in creating automated solutions for ingesting, cleansing and designing the database solutions used for these initiatives. Employee leads efforts to develop frameworks for detecting data quality issues and designing proper monitoring solutions.
Employee will also lead data engineering and reporting frameworks that support Paramount's expanding slate of live events and sports offerings on Paramount+ and FAST channels like Pluto, Golazo Network, etc. As part of this, employee will design and manage scalable reporting frameworks to support automated next-day, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting deliverables to partners like UFC, UEFA and NFL. Scaling the framework to support millions of users' viewership across thousands of live events year-round will require leveraging high-performance, fault-tolerant database solutions and pipeline orchestration including AI solutions to design data quality and validation tasks that automatically detect data issues.
Employee is part of a team overseeing initiatives around tech stack assessment that will help design Paramount+'s future tech stack and capabilities. Spearhead strategic data initiatives across Paramount Streaming groups and champion data-driven solutions throughout our business units. Lead the day-to-day of highly skilled team of Engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with our vision. Plan, execute, and be accountable for delivering cutting-edge systems and tools that extract insights from extensive datasets, transforming data into a strategic advantage.
