- Oversee the development and maintenance of packaging specifications, related test methods and SOPs.
- Conduct validations of new products and production lines to ensure capability and conformance to specifications.
- Perform qualification trials for new raw materials and vendors.
- Provide training to factory personnel on packaging tests and standards to drive a focus on packaging quality.
- Audit production lines and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality and line efficiencies.
- Conduct packaging audits to monitor finished product quality at the consumer level.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to present to company management.
Telecommuting position that can be performed anywhere in the U.S. Domestic travel throughout the U.S. required 25% of the time.
