Support the evolution of our Integration and Transformation Platform and its Intelligence capabilities. Collaborate with business and other platform Owners to understand what brings value to the company and how that translates into Tactical scalable solutions. Collaborate with other development teams, both upstream and downstream to work on the commerce workflow. Work with both internal and external stakeholders, understand the complete end-to-end workflow, be able to suggest improvements and innovative ideas that bring value to the business. Drive Iterative improvements to existing workflow and process targeting better efficiencies, automation, and scalability. Be accountable for the work done and be able to take the accountability for the work done under your leadership. Be accountable for Operational/production issue pipeline, making sure that operations are BAU and condensing the root cause to arrive at long term solutions. Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements. Investigate system component suitability for specified purposes, and make recommendations regarding component use. Direct the analysis, development, and operation of complete computer systems. Monitor system operation to detect potential problems. Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. Research, test, or verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes. Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. Design and conduct hardware or software tests. Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness, and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements. Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information. Perform security analyses of developed or packaged software components. Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems. Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of information systems. Establish functional or system standards to address operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints. Develop system engineering, software engineering, system integration, or distributed system architectures. Communicate project information through presentations and technical reports.
Full-Time Telecommuting permitted. 40 hrs/week. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
