The 2 years of experience must include: Conduct legal due diligence exercises; Draft stock & asset purchase, merger, & business combination agreements for domestic & cross-border transactions; Prepare charters, by-laws, LLC Agreements, corporate resolutions, & corporate officer certificates; Execute M&A & PE deal closings. New York bar admission required.
