Requirements:
- U.S. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/MIS/IT or related field
- 5+ years experience as Consultant or related design/development/implementation of HCM solutions including payroll & cloud-based platforms for global enterprises
- Must have experience leading all phases of full-cycle HCM & Salesforce implementation (design, configuration, test, go-live & post-implementation support)
- Must have experience implementing multi-country payroll
- 50% travel in U.S. to unanticipated client sites for up to 3 weeks
- Home telecommute available
