Minimum Requirements for Position: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Management, Economics or a related field and six years (6) of progressively responsible experience in capital markets, corporate finance, job offered, or related occupation. Experience and/or education must include: 1) Financial markets, debt and equity instruments, and management practices; 2) Structured finance including asset backed financing/securitization; 3) Regulated industries such as fintech and banking; 4) Working with credit card financing; 5) Assessing market trends and analyzing lending receivables data to inform decision making; 6) Communicating and negotiating with key stakeholders and external parties; 7) Regulatory requirements governing capital markets, including SEC and FINRA.
