Requirements:
MD or Foreign Equivalent; Completion of Internal Medicine Residency Program; B/C in Internal Medicine; Completion of Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship Program; B/E or B/C in Pulmonary/Critical Care; and Possess or be eligible for a Wisconsin Medical License.
Employment at multiple worksites is required.
