Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to define design requirements and improve digital interface quality. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week from within the Los Angeles, CA metropolitan area. Occasional domestic travel (<10%) for client workshops, reviews, and collaboration sessions.
Requires: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Visual Design, Media Arts, Design and Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a closely related field. Must have demonstrated knowledge established through education, training, or experience of: User Interface (UX/UI) design and web technologies; Integrated product development; User-centered design and testing methodologies and responsive design; Design tools including: Sketch, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, and Google Slides; Complex Data structures; and Agile Collaboration.
