Execute key risk & control processes to ensure compliance with non-financial regulatory reporting obligations, in particular Americas' swap regulations (CFTC Part 45 (P45), CFTC Part 43 (P43), CFTC Part 23 Material Terms Reconciliation (P23 MET Rec), SEC Securities Based Swap (SBS) reporting, & Ontario). Apply extensive subject matter expertise in major Americas swap regulations to detect anomalies in reporting data; delve into complex system infrastructure to understand impact of data flows & booking models on reporting quality; leverage large data sets & samples to reach conclusions.
Requirements: Bachelor degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, or related field. 5 years of experience in job offered or in related role.
