Design, develop, test, operate, & maintain products related to mainframe software. Multiple Positions.
Requirements:
Master's or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science or Computer Science + 3 years of experience as software developer, consultant, or related + 3 years of experience with all following: completing requirements analysis & delivering high & low level functional designs; working with AGILE methodology; designing, developing, & maintaining databases including DB2; mainframe development using programming languages COBOL, JCL, CICS, SQL, & REXX; working with flat files, VSAMs, & GDGs in file systems; conducting integration testing within applications & between applications; monitoring system performance including detecting & resolving problems using IBM Debug & DTCN; tracking projects & project management in Jira; & utilizing Changeman, Bitbucket, & IBM IDZ for code versioning. In lieu of Master's + 3 will accept Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science or Computer Science + 5 years experience as software developer, consultant, or related & 5 years with all skills listed above. Position may allow work from home within commute distance of worksite.
