Design & delivering technology solutions for the Contact Center Technology team, which supports customer interactions across multi channels. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or Applied Computer Science +5 years of progressively post-baccalaureate experience as Software Engineer, Technology Lead, or related. Must possess 5 years of experience with each of the following: designing, development, testing, operating & maintaining products; collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating high & low level design documents & providing technical estimations for projects; building REST APIs; designing & implementing migration of APIs using Java Spring; RESTful API development; agile software development methodologies; managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins; software development using Java/J2EE & Spring Boot; designing high-level & low-level system architecture for complex, enterprise-level apps; unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) & applying software engineering best practices; Angular; Git & Splunk. May allow working from home within commuting distance of worksite location. Multiple positions.
