Will provide Tier 3 production support for online banking apps & collaborating across teams to resolve UI issues affecting customers & branch-level bankers. Req BS Comp Sci + 5 yr progressive post-BS exp as SW Engr, or related; must possess 5 yrs exp w/ designing, developing, implementing & supporting business integration rules & process flows; assisting w/ migration of business apps; installing, configuring & maintaining Websphere App Server; conducting performance tuning by configuring caching, queuing, pooling & JVM parameters; monitoring performance; performing & determining root-cause analysis; documenting system build procedures; processing workflows related to end user support & system admin; developing operational documentation & specs on system builds; troubleshooting & utilizing following tools & technologies: DB2 DBA database & Linux. May allow WFH within commuting distance of worksite location. Multi positions.
