Manage large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), product management, and IT Projects, and solve client issues through the development of IT/ERP concepts and architecture/product solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related field & 6 years of experience as an IT/ERP Consultant, or related occupation, responsible for software development or IT project management with a focus on SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and/or Workday, which must include at least 2 years of experience leading agile scrum teams to execute and implement transformational data projects. Alternatively, BCG will accept a Master's degree in subjects previously noted and 4 years of experience as an IT/ERP Consultant, or related occupation, responsible for software development or IT project management with a focus on SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and/or Workday, which must include at least 2 years of experience leading agile scrum teams to execute and implement transformational data projects. Partial telecommute available. Must report to and reside within commutable distance of the listed BCG office. Domestic/international travel required (up to 80%) based on client/company need.
