Developer sought by U.S. Bank National Association for its Atlantic location. Responsible for development/test/maintenance of software solutions in mainframe and modern computing environments. Multiple positions required.
Requirements:
BS (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering plus 5 years of experience with mainframe application development in large-scale enterprise environment. Required 5 years of experience with: systems development and support in regulatory financial or enterprise environment; proven experience guiding in Cards domain, encompassing complex credit card processing systems, implementation analysis, solution design, and product support activities; mainframe programming language and technology including COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, CICS, SQL, REXX, JCL, VSM, and DB2; development integration between mainframe systems and modern interface, including web services, z/OS Connect, and RESTful APIs; enterprise development, testing, and release management tools including IBM Development for Z/OS, FileAid, ChangeMan, ServiceNow, WebSphere MQ, Zowe, GitHub, GitHub Bucket, Jenkins, and Visual Studio; perform code review; managing defects; conduct unit, integration, and regression testing; coordinate deployment and post-production validation; create and maintain technical documentation of software design, processes, code; and monitor and optimize issues.
May allow working from home within commuting distance of worksite location.
