Remitly, Inc. seeks a Business Manager to under the direction of the Director, Business Management, support the overall business strategy and define clear strategic pillars, goals, objectives and overall business outcomes for a set of corridors.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Bus, Analytics, or a directly related field, & 5 yrs of exp w/ fin technology, consumer technology, strategy consulting, or e-commerce. In the alternative, employer will accept 2 yrs of exp in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Bus, Analytics, or directly related field, & 5 yrs of exp with fin technology, consumer technology, strategy consulting, or e-commerce. Exp must also include 1 yr w/ each of the following: interpreting bus & customer metrics & key functional KPIs that impact sustainable bus growth; problem-solving by analyzing bus outcomes, metrics, & KPIs; analyzing the influence of pricing, promotion, product, packaging, & marketing on unit economics; interpreting customer behavior nuances in relation to customer growth & unit economics; building bus strategy from operational tactics & initiatives; data modeling & analysis; conducting cohort analysis & building LTV models & churn prediction; developing market expansion plans & aligning execution to bus priorities; & A/B testing, multi-channel campaign analysis, Sitesspect, SQL, Tableau, & unit economic analysis. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
