Work on Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Advanced Reporting.
Maintain Workday payroll configurations and support.
Lead People Technology projects, including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training, and change management.
Ensure global alignment across all functional areas for People Tech projects and enhancements.
Challenge and redesign current processes and operating procedures to optimize and streamline for efficiency and automation.
Support People System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.
Ensure the integrity of People Systems, primarily but not limited to Workday.
Partner with the stakeholders to develop test strategies, test scenarios/scripts, and execute systems/E2E testing in preparation for user acceptance testing.
