Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks Maintenance Supervisor in Los Lunas, NM
• Oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment.
• Oversee activities of maintenance department.
• Review and approve preventative maintenance documents.
• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance activities.
• Build world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams that will keep production equipment in excellent condition, keep lines running with high efficiencies and maintain proper stock of parts.
• Oversee outside contractors performing installations and projects at the facility.
• Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Hire, train, coach and review performance of employees.
• Work with HR for employee discipline issues, terminations and recruitment.
• Moderate safety team activities.
• Monitor and enforce safety requirements.
• Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
