Position requires a Master's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Risk Management, Engineering Management, or related field and 8 years of experience in job offered or related role OR Bachelor degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Risk Management, Engineering Management, or related field and 10 years of experience in job offered or related role.
Must have 8 years of experience (or 10 with Bachelor) with: Project & regulatory change & management: Ensure that new or updated financial regulations or Group policies affecting the business are fully understood & implemented consistently & on time across the firm. Must have 8 years of experience with: Regulatory analysis: Conduct impact & gap analyses of regulatory updates to pinpoint key changes & evaluate their effect for the business; Regulatory risk management: Identify, assess & mitigate regulatory risks for financial-industry topics, delivering recommendations based on findings from the second & third lines of defense. Must have 5 years of experience with: Deep banking & capital-markets knowledge; Advocacy & regulatory watch: Provide input on implementing challenges, track the rule-making pipeline, & represent the business in industry-association dialogues; Governance Framework Management: Design, oversee, & maintain corporate governance structure - including committee/forum participation & regular status meetings - to monitor project implementation, compliance risk, control effectiveness, & regulatory developments.
10% of domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the office in Chesterbrook, PA.
