The role involves conducting immunizations of transgenic mice using protein or mRNA to produce monoclonal antibodies; evaluating novel mouse models that generate common light chain and single-domain antibodies; generating monoclonal antibodies through high-throughput techniques such as cloning V-genes from the Single B-cell platform; performing antibody discovery using advanced platforms including 10X Genomics, Single B-cell cloning, and immune libraries; and carrying out Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Sanger sequencing of antibody genes while analyzing sequencing data to identify unique antigen-specific antibodies.
