Requirements:
Bachelor's in Architecture/related field +3yrs exp req'd. Skills req'd: exp designing US mixed use architecture dev projects w/ an est construction cost of >$30M; working on large scale urban & housing projects & working on cultural projects; expertise preparing client ready, hyper realistic renderings; exp w/ AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, & rendering sw (Enscape, Lumion, VRay, Twinmotion); strong working knowledge of REVIT, expertise w/ project coordination & construction phase; strong 3D design skills & exp creating multiple design options; strong graphic design exp & skills for data visualization & high-level presentation production; excellent visual & verbal communication skills.
