Responsible for making data-driven decisions in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations. Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in finance, statistics, engineering, or related degree field & five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the position offered or in a related occupation. Hybrid, must live in a reasonable commuting distance to office address. Experience must include: 1 year of experience with consumer financing industry (e.g. auto, card, mortgage etc.); 5 years of experience with data mining and analytical techniques; 5 years experience in analytical and problem-solving skills; 1 year of experience with data analysis skills using Python, R, SAS or SQL; and 2 years of experience working with large datasets.
