Must have 3 years of experience (or 1 with master's) with: Defining & managing data product requirements & roadmap using Agile & SAFe methodologies; proficient in Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.; & Effective communicator with experience presenting complex data solutions to executive stakeholders. Must have 2 years of experience (or 1 with master's) with: Translating business problems into technical requirements; Delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, & AI solutions in the CPG & retail sectors; Familiar with data platforms & tools such as Azure, Databricks, SAP, Salesforce, etc.; & Leading big data solutions/advanced analytics or product management. Must have 1 year of experience with: Leading global cross-functional data teams to deliver data & analytics solutions aligned with business needs; SQL, Python, Power BI, & Tableau for data analysis, visualization, & insight generation; & Strong understanding of data management, governance, & modeling principles to ensure end-to-end data optimization & delivery. Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the PepsiCo office in Plano, TX. Domestic & international travel required 20% to US, Mexico, Spain, & India.
