Focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in executing mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructuring.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's program related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field plus 4 years of related work experience.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office. Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required. Multiple positions available.
