Duties: Lead and direct a team of software developers on medium to large enterprise level projects that advance the technology provided to Paycom clients (50%). Work with product managers to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood to begin development (20%). Perform design analysis and architecture review to ensure secure and scalable software (10%). Adhere to the organizational processes such as controlled time and the tracking of project metrics, defined in tasks and milestones set by product management (10%). Serve as the communication point between development and operations (5%). Work with quality assurance (QA) team to research, address, and assign any issues that arise in the system (5%). This position is a project coordinator that allocates work among team members and ensures that projects are proceeding on schedule, but it is not a personnel manager.
