Function as data life-cycle management liaison on variety of environmental engineering projects that are "data-driven", to evolve new environmental engineering strategies and programs, incorporating a comprehensive range of information integration and governance capabilities, thus, to contribute to the expansion of business in the United States. Perform the role of technical translator at the client Portfolio and Project Team level for environmental engineering projects, connecting teams with the resources/procedures needed to collect quality data (digital environmental field data collected in FieldNow™), effectively integrating new technology (EQuIS, EMS, SSRS, UiPath/RPA) into routine environmental project activities, and utilizing the collected environmental data to provide value to our clients on the environmental project (using analytics and visualization dashboards using GIS, Power BI). Perform project management and data management for large environmental engineering projects, while connecting both Indian staff and US staff to successfully implement tasks of our Global clients in an effective manner resulting in Strategic Advantage of client teams. Assist with development of project scopes and budgets for environmental engineering projects, interfacing with and maintenance of clients, mentoring and development of junior staff, development of project plans and schedules and ensuring project compliance with all Arcadis practices including quality and safety standards. Meet with clients, managers, supervisors, and others to assess, capture, and implement solutions for environmental reporting and/or data needs. Assist with training environmental department team members on how to develop data-driven key strategic technologies and use proactive tactics to create opportunities to expand data usage throughout organization and projects to stay ahead in the environmental engineering project management business. Assist with training staff on all data life cycle tools—collection (FieldNow™), managing (EQuIS, EIM), reporting/automation (SSRS, RPA), visualization and analysis (CAD, GIS, Power BI).
