QBit Semiconductor USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to serve as a key technical interface between the company and its customers.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical interface and support contact between the company and customers.
- Train and assist customers in utilizing SoC solutions including PCB design, signal integrity, mechanism control, image processing, interface protocols, system performance, security, features, power and software architecture.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support, including troubleshooting during product development.
- Work closely with internal engineering teams to fulfill customer requests and resolve technical issues.
- Facilitate clear and effective technical communication among stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate project meetings and report technical status updates.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field. At least five (5) years of experience in embedded systems software development. Strong knowledge of hardware and SoC systems. Experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
