Thoroughly read & interpret Architect, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), Civil, Structural & Landscape drawings to identify all scopes related to roof, waterproofing, & historic restoration.
Requirements: Bachelor (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related & 3 years experience with reviewing architect drawings, specifications, & scope documents to identify details, material requirements, and construction project constraints. 2 years experience estimating construction projects in systems including industry requirements, building code, & logistics. 1 year experience with cost estimation & data analysis to build & maintain project-specific data & estimates to ensure accuracy & communicate data on material, labor, logistics, & other costs; & using quantitative digital takeoff tools including On-Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam to estimate accurate quantities & related information in project documents. Remote work ok up to 20%.
