Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field plus 5 progressive years of manufacturing engineering experience. Must have at least 5 years of experience in each of the following: Designing, developing, testing, & improving manufacturing processes; Performing initial mechanical & electrical troubleshooting to determine root cause of equipment failures & performing countermeasure analysis for quality issues; Designing tools & fixtures using SolidWorks software; Using GD&T & Tolerance Stack up to analyze product design for functionality; & Performing Root Cause & Countermeasure analysis (RCCM).
